Strategic Location
Sherbro Island City will be a vibrant West African economic hub, leveraging its location in the centre of West Africa alone, where 350 million people reside within a 3 hour flight radius. This internal tourism potentially leverages on the appetites of affluent and culturally aware (and often younger) consumers for an enclave combining a distinctly Africa Cultural identity with access to global economic opportunities and technology.
Regional Airport Connectivity
Strategically located along west Africa’s major trade, shipping and aviation routes there is huge potential to attract private investments in regional infrastructure taking advantage of its unique geographical location in the region.
Regional Seaport Connectivity
Sherbro Island is located at the strategic marine route in West Africa to connect to Lagos port and Cape of Hope port in South Africa. An international port on the island proposes to connect the surrounding well-established ports in Dakar, Kamsar, Conakry, Abidjan and Lagos to integrate into the global network.
